Lo que tendrás a cargo

• Operational Leader: Oversee a thriving maintenance division supporting over $600K in recurring monthly revenue, directly managing 5 Field Supervisors and approximately 20 maintenance crews.
• Quality Driver: Own overall field quality, production efficiency, and consistency across all maintenance accounts.
• Team Builder: Coach and develop Field Supervisors, building a culture of accountability, professionalism, and continuous improvement.

Lo que se necesita

• Lead Operations: Manage the landscape maintenance production division, supervise and develop Field Supervisors, and conduct regular field visits to uphold operational standards.
• Own Field Quality: Ensure crews consistently meet quality standards, proactively address property deficiencies, and collaborate with Account Managers to meet client expectations.
• Develop Your Team: Coach Field Supervisors on leadership and accountability, oversee performance reviews, and participate in hiring, onboarding, training, and disciplinary decisions.
• Coordinate Scheduling: Oversee maintenance scheduling, ensure efficient crew routing, and monitor labor utilization to support gross margin performance.
• Enforce Safety & Fleet Standards: Uphold safety and PPE compliance, ensure trucks, trailers, and equipment remain clean and operational, and promote safe work practices across all crews.
• Drive Reporting & Improvements: Maintain operational documentation, track performance, participate in leadership planning, and implement process improvements.
