- Total Compensation Potential: $150,000 – $200,000

- Preconstruction & Estimating Oversight
- Review and approve all major estimates prior to submission
- Ensure scope completeness, accuracy, and risk mitigation
- Standardize estimating processes, pricing structures, and bid strategies
- Minimize estimate-to-actual variance
