About the role
Bloom Talent Solutions is proud to partner with a privately held commercial landscaping company seeking a Senior Account Manager to oversee and grow a portfolio of commercial landscape maintenance clients while driving service quality, retention, and revenue growth.
What you'll own
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned maintenance accounts.
- Maintain strong client relationships through proactive communication and responsiveness.
- Conduct regular property inspections and client walkthroughs.
- Address issues quickly to maintain client satisfaction and contract retention.
What it takes
- Work closely with production teams to ensure services meet contract specifications.
- Monitor service quality across properties and support operational efficiency.
- Ensure safety standards, company policies, and equipment usage requirements are followed.
- Support production teams in maintaining service delivery within budgeted labor hours.
