Bloom Talent Solutions is seeking an Operations Manager to take full ownership of day-to-day field operations for a growing residential landscaping company in the Tampa market.
What you'll own
- Manage and oversee 4–5 residential maintenance crews, with plans to scale
- Conduct site visits and enforce quality standards across all jobs
- Ensure crews are meeting production, efficiency, and service expectations
What it takes
- Own crew scheduling, routing efficiency, and dispatch readiness
- Ensure all crews are properly equipped with tools, vehicles, and materials
- Improve routing and scheduling to maximize productivity
