Answer
Does Bloom Talent Solutions recruit field labor or crews?
Reviewed by Tito Caceres, Founder & CEOUpdated July 2026
No. Bloom Talent Solutions recruits the management layer only, from frontline managers through the C-suite, across the green industry and field services. It does not recruit field labor, crews, or hourly roles, and does not take those searches at any volume or price. Companies that need crew hiring are better served by a volume staffing partner, which is a different business built for a different job.
Where the line sits
The seats Bloom fills are the ones that own people, clients, and a number: branch managers, operations and production managers, account managers, business developers, estimators, safety directors, and operations executives up to the C-suite. If the role carries a budget, a crew, or a client relationship, it is in scope.
Everything below that line is out: crew members, foremen hired as labor rather than as a management step, seasonal staff, technicians hired in volume, and any role paid hourly. That is a permanent policy, not a matter of the current workload.
Why a specialist firm draws the line
Leadership search and volume labor staffing are different trades. One is a small number of confidential, deeply researched conversations with people who are not looking. The other is throughput: sourcing, screening, and placing many people quickly, often with different pay structures and compliance requirements.
A firm that does both well is rare, and a firm that claims both usually does one of them badly. Bloom stays on the leadership side so the depth is real: tracking operators year-round, knowing the comp, and vetting with a consistent standard rather than a resume skim.
If you are working a crew today
This is not a comment on the work. Most of the strongest branch and operations managers in this industry started on a crew, and that path is the one Bloom takes most seriously.
The moment you are running people, holding quality, and carrying a number, you are exactly who Bloom represents. Until then, a conversation is still welcome, it just will not end in a placement today.

Will Bloom make an exception for a large crew hiring project?
No. This is a standing policy rather than a capacity question, so the answer does not change with the size of the project or the fee attached to it.
What is the most junior role Bloom will recruit?
The first real management seat, typically a frontline or assistant branch manager who owns a crew, a schedule, and some part of the number. Below that is out of scope.
Who should a company call for crew hiring?
A volume staffing partner built for frontline hiring. Bloom is glad to point a company toward one rather than take a search it is not the right firm for.
