Initial Payment: 1/2 upon candidate’s acceptance

Final Payment: The remainder 1/2 is due within 15 days after start date

Benefits: Dedicated resources, weekly updates

Tier 2

Fee: $8,000.00
(Compensation between $45k & $60k annually. Fee adjustment if salary exceeds $60k. Fee will adjust to mid-level pricing model 

Guarantee: 60 Days

Deposit: $1,500.00 per requisition 

Payment Terms:

Initial Payment: 1/2 upon candidate’s acceptance

Final Payment: The remainder 1/2 is due within 15 days after start date

Benefits: Dedicated resources, weekly updates

Mid- Level Management Search

Terms & Fees

Tier 1

Fee: 20%

Guarantee: 90 Days

Deposit: is 1/3 of the anticipated fee

Payment Terms:

Initial Payment: 1/3 upon offer

Final Payment: 1/3 upon start date (net 30).

Benefits: Dedicated resources, weekly updates, onboarding support. 

Tier 2

Fee: 25%

Guarantee: 6 Months

Deposit: is 1/3 of the anticipated fee

Payment Terms:

Initial Payment: 1/3 upon offer

Final Payment: The remainder is due in 3 equal payments after start date

Benefits: Same as Tier 1 + extended guarantee of 6 months

Tier 1

Fee: 22%

Guarantee: 90 Days

Deposit: no deposit

Payment Terms:

Initial Payment: 1/2 upon offer

Final Payment: 1/2 upon start date (net 30).

Senior & Executive Level Search​
